Fortify was founded by Ester Jamera and is led by a board of directors with over 45 years of combined experience working in large acute NHS hospitals. This background equips us with a deep understanding of the intricate workings of the healthcare system and the challenges faced by both individuals and the system.
Our aim is to help alleviate the current pressures on acute services by supporting older people and those with physical disabilities to stay in the comfort of their own homes for as long as possible, with minimal disruption to their family's lives.
